Today I wanted to start a new blog in order to track my running. I love running. And honestly, lately I just felt like I didn’t anymore.
Until I ran.
After two months of not running.
It hurt. BAD. My lungs were in pain, my heart was going crazy. I’m glad it was cold and I was able to breathe as a easy as I could. But still it was not a piece of cake. But man! The awesome feelings that come after running…those are inexplainable and impossible to replace with anything else. Running is part of my body, mind and soul. I forget how much I like it and how much I actually need it to be happy and well-balanced.
So cheers to a new season. Let’s hope I don’t fall off the wagon anytime soon. ;)
